The draws for the preliminary and intermediary rounds of the 8th UEFA Regions' Cup involve 37 national associations.

The competition will begin with two four-team preliminary mini-tournaments, with the winners and the best runner-up from those sections (three teams in total) joining 29 other sides in the intermediary round. This will be contested as eight four-team mini-tournaments, the winners from which will each book a place in the finals, to be hosted by one of the successful qualifiers.
